In this elaborate case analysis, we examine a comprehensive hair restoration procedure undertaken on a patient in his mid-30s. The individual presented with significantly noticeable hair loss, characterized by a receding hairline as well as pronounced balding across the mid-scalp and crown areas. To address these concerns, a strategic and methodical approach was essential.

Total Grafts Transplanted: A substantial number of 3,600 grafts were utilized in the treatment process.

Areas Targeted: The focus of the restoration efforts was primarily on the frontal region and the crown of the scalp, areas most affected by hair loss in this particular case.

Methodology Applied: The chosen technique for this intricate procedure was Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) utilizing a Sapphire blade. This method is renowned for its precision and effectiveness, particularly suited for achieving natural-looking results while minimizing post-procedure downtime.

The result of this comprehensive strategy was highly satisfactory, with the patient achieving very good coverage across previously bald areas.
